Biography

I am a Professor of Information Systems and Operations Management at the Goizueta Business School, Emory University. I work in the areas of AI, data analytics, and operations management, with applications to service industries, healthcare in particular. I received my PhD from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Brown University. Before my PhD, I was a principal software engineer for Oracle in the Bay Area.
